Have you ever seing a fat emo guy or a fat emo girl? I have not. But if you do have you can indicate to him or her the Morning Banana Diet or (Dieta da Banana Matutina, in portuguese). It looks like it is making japanese people mad since it is creating a shortage for banana and rocketing prices of the fruit.

Just take one every morning with a glass of water at room temperature, avoid sweeties, exercise with no stresss (or not exercise at all) and go to bed before midnight (what should be the hard hard part for most emo people).

This must be the easiest diet in the world.
